We rang the day before and asked whenever we could arrive prior to when the check-in time of 3pm so we can use the spa, and Hotel facilities. We had been told we're able to arrive between 2-3. We thought quite disappointed only at that even as we could have liked to-arrive about lunch time to own some meal at resort after which utilize the salon services and perhaps book a treatment if any were offered. We performed appreciate using the share, sauna and steam area, the employees were courteous and seemed to enjoy their job. We found there was deficiencies in seating all over share and not enough hangers for towels ect. There have been people in the hot spa who'd towels and robes on the seats although not using them to sit on. Uncertain just what the response to this problem is aside from perhaps a few more seating. We found the meals within the dinning space to-be disappointing, although the service ended up being exceptional and staff very useful, besides at breakfast time an employee bumped into me personally and knocked my fresh tangerine juice all over myself and my clothing, she stated sorry but simply stepped away making me personally covered in gluey lime juice !
